1960s Adele Simpson Dress
Amazing A-line dress with v-neckline, slightly elevated waist, and 3/4 sheer, slightly flared sleeves. The bodice is trimmed in orange lurex and the skirt and bodice are fully lined. Center back metal zipper & hook-eye closing. I can't tell if this print is oranges or blooming tulips and google is no help!
Materials: printed chiffon. I'm 99% positive this is silk-chiffon, but there is no garment tag so I can’t be totally sure.
No size tag but fits like a modern 8 /1 0

Waist 30”
Hips: Free
Across the shoulders: 16”
Sleeve Length: 23”
Back of neck to waist: 13.5'“
Waist to hemline: 39”
Total Length: appx 52.5”
Condition Notes: In very good, lightly worn condition. No obvious signs of damage but there are a couple small holes on upper arm area of the sleeve (pictured), and a 1” tear on the bodice (pictured.)
For the life of me, I can’t find a comp of this dress anywhere but the label matches 1960s labels from the vintage fashion guild
